Q: Are you gluten-free?
A: At this time, both our Basil Citrus Turkey and Teriyaki Pork are gluten-free.  The Basil Citrus is the only product we have that is not made with soy sauce, which is usually the wheat/gluten-containing ingredient in jerky products, and our Teriyaki Pork is made using a gluten-free Tamari Soy Sauce.  Look for new gluten-free recipes on the rest of our line in the very near future!
 
Q: How does the Jerky of the Month Klub work?
A: You pick your 5 favorite KRAVE Jerky flavors (in any combination) and we send them to you every month.  Upon placing your order,  we will process your shipment immediately and you can expect to receive your jerky within 5-10 business days.  The date that you place your initial Klub order is your renewal date.  Example: If you join our Jerky of the Month Klub on the 7th of the month then your next shipment will be processed on the 7th of the following month, and so on.  All of your flavor choices are shipped together with a newsletter, a Krave jerky inspired recipe and periodic Klub only treats.  Your Klub is customizable too!  If you only need 3 bags per month, so be it!  If you want 17, just update quantites in your shopping cart and submit.  It's that easy!
 
Q: How do I change my Jerky of the Month Klub flavors?
A: Log into your account, choose the "My Account" link at the top right of the page, navigate to your "Order History and Tracking Button" and then find your Klub membership under the "Klub" tab.  Follow the instructions from there and you'll be on your way to changing your KRAVE Klub flavors.  You can have all your bags of the same jerky or choose multiple different flavors – whatever you want!
 
Q: Do you use MSG?
A: NO!  KRAVE jerky does not use MSG in our products
 
Q: What is the shelf-life of your products:
A: The shelf life of our jerky is one year for the turkey products and nine months for the beef and pork products.
 
Q: Do I need to refrigerate after opening?
A: Short answer, no.  Longer answer, sure, if you want to.  We recommend consuming our jerkys within one week of opening the bag and keeping it refrigerated will help it stay fresh that whole week.  If you’re anything like us though, your bag will be empty before it ever has a chance to hit the fridge.
 
Q: What are the average calories per serving?
A: Our average calorie count per 1 oz serving is about 90 calories. This is very low for jerky products and we pride ourselves on the fact that we are not only low in calories, but we are also high in protein AND low in fat.
 
Q: What is the size of your package and do you make a larger bag?
A: We currently only have our 3.25 oz bags available for purchase on our website but we do have a larger 16 oz. bag as well as a single-serving 1.5 oz bag in the works.  Keep your eyes peeled for updates on those!
 
Q: I’m a runner/cyclist/astronaut, will you sponsor me?

Q: I live in MI, AL, MN, etc – are you available locally?
A: Check out our store locator to find out if KRAVE is carried by a store in your town.  We are adding retail outlets all the time so keep checking back and/or place an order through our website!
 
Q: Are there nitrites in your jerky?
A: NO!  We do not use nitrites in our products.

Q: What are your Twitter giveaway rules?
A: Must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the 50 United States to participate.  To enter our Twitter giveaways, tweet us a response to whatever our current giveaway question is/request is. Be sure to include the "#kravejerky" hashtag and/or tag the "@kravejerky" Twitter account. Winner selection varies based on our giveaway.  If you're chosen as a Twitter winner, we will direct message you further instructions to claim your prize. If we don't hear from you in a week, we'll have to choose another winner, but you can always try again next time.  When you enter our giveaways, you're consenting to our use of your information (name, profile, photo) to announce you as a winner. If you submit photos or other materials, you are allowing us to use them, at our discretion.  Contest is void where prohibited.  By entering, you release, indemnify and hold harmless Krave Pure Eats, Inc. from and against any and all claims.
