Q: What if I want to cancel my subscription? 

A: You become a KRAVE Klub member by opting into a subscription of your fav flavof #KRAVEjerky! To order the Klub subscription, go to the product page, and  - for eligible products - there is a “subscription” box to the right of “one time order" box. Select “subscription,” enter the frequency for deliveries below and then indicate the quantity you’d like to subscribe to each month and then add it to your cart. You can add any other products that you'd like to be part of your Klub subscrition by repeating this process before checkout. Anything you add as “subscription” is a Klub item.


A: Log-in to your account at KRAVEjerky.com and click on the “Orders" link under your user log-in on the top right corner of the site. Simply scroll down to the "Subscriptions" section and click on the row of the subscription you'd like to edit. Scroll down and click on the blue "Edit Subscription" button. You can then search for additional flavors or update the quanity of the flavors you're currently receiving by editing the number in the "Quantity" box, and then click the "Update Subscription" button at the bottom of the window.   


A: Log-in to your account at KRAVEjerky.com and click on the “Orders" link under your user log-in on the top right corner of the site. Simply scroll down to the "Subscriptions" section and click on the row of the subscription you'd like to edit. Scroll down to the "Subscription History" section and simply select the shipment you need to skip. You can also edit your cycle length or trigger day once in the subscription by clicking on the blue "Edit Subscription" button and updating the "Next Order" and "Frequency" fields. Be sure to click the "Update Subscription" button at the bottom of the window so that your changes are saved


ALog-in to your account at KRAVEjerky.com and click on the “Orders" link under your user log-in on the top right corner of the site. Simply scroll down to the "Subscriptions" section and click on the "Cancel" icon next to the subscription you'd like to cancel.
