How do I "join" the Krave Klub?

Sign up is easy – simply add an Klub Subscription item to your cart on any qualifying product page and then complete your Klub Subscription order online, or call us at 866-972-6879 (8-5 PT), Monday through Friday. You will be billed for and will receive your first shipment promptly. When the Klub Subscription button on a product page is clicked, you’ll be starting your new Auto Delivery

What if I want to change flavors or quantities?

To edit flavors or quantities, "Log In" in the top right at kravejerky.com and then find "My Account," also in the to right, and click on that. On the right column, you will see "Upcoming Auto Delivery Orders" followed by a list of your named subscriptions, hyperlinked. Click on the subscription you wish to edit, scroll down to where the flavors and quantities are listed, and click the "Update Quantities" or "Add More Items" button below to make the edits you'd like!

What if I find my supply fully stocked or am planning to be traveling during my next subscription order?

To edit flavors or quantities, "Log In" in the top right at kravejerky.com and then find "My Account," also in the to right, and click on that. On the right column, you will see "Upcoming Auto Delivery Orders" followed by a list of your named subscriptions, hyperlinked. Click on the subscription you wish to edit, and you can update the selection in "Next Order Date" or "Ships Every" to adjust your shipment date or quantity. Additionally, you can click the button to "Skip Next Order" or "Pause Order" while you evaluate your #KRAVElove stash and travel plans!

What if I want to cancel my subscription?

To edit flavors or quantities, "Log In" in the top right at kravejerky.com and then find "My Account," also in the to right, and click on that. On the right column, you will see "Upcoming Auto Delivery Orders" followed by a list of your named subscriptions, hyperlinked. Click on the subscription you wish to edit, and then use the "Delete Order" button - we will be sad to see you go :( .
